WHAT TO EXPECT:
Open to all levels, Flow with Props is a gentle, mindful practice designed to help you move with ease, release tension, and build strength and awareness in the body and mind. This class blends slow, accessible flowing sequences with the supportive assistance of props—such as blocks and blankets—to encourage proper alignment, stability, and confidence in each posture.
Movements are thoughtfully paced, allowing time to explore each shape while staying connected to the breath. Modifications are always offered so every student can feel supported, comfortable, and empowered in their practice.
We will use props throughout class, including blocks and yoga blankets. A limited number of mats and bolsters are also available. For your added comfort and personalization, you’re welcome to bring your mat and any favorite props you use for practice.
As we prepare for outdoor yoga while construction of our indoor yoga barn is underway, this class will be offered both outdoors and via live Zoom streaming. Please dress comfortably for the weather if attending in person, and feel free to bring layers. Zoom participants are welcome to practice from home with the support of props as available.
