WHAT TO EXPECT:
Beginner Yoga Sculpt is a fun and energizing class that combines the mindfulness of yoga with the strength and conditioning of fitness training. Rooted in an Align & Flow foundation, this 60-minute practice emphasizes proper form, mindful movement, and the connection of breath with each exercise.
Weights are always optional—you can use your own body weight or start with light dumbbells (2–3 lbs) when you feel ready. Class begins with gentle yoga poses to warm up and align the body, then moves into strength training for the core, arms, and legs, along with optional cardio bursts to elevate your heart rate. We finish with soothing stretches and a calming cool-down, leaving you strong, centered, and refreshed.
PROPS PROVIDED:
In addition, we provide yoga blankets and a limited number of mats, blocks, and bolsters. However, for your added comfort, feel free to bring your mat. As we'll be practicing yoga outside, in the Winter, we encourage you to dress warmly and comfortably for the season.
