Rooted Beginnings is a welcoming four-week series designed to help you build a strong foundation through breath, movement, and mindful awareness. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after time away, you'll discover that yoga isn't about perfect poses—it's about building confidence, reducing stress, and creating a meaningful connection with your body, your breath, and yourself.

Each week builds upon the last through a unique theme, allowing you to grow one step at a time in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Week One – Planting the Seed

Discover your breath, build your foundation, and begin your yoga journey with confidence.

Week Two – Growing with Confidence

Develop balance, strength, and trust as you become comfortable with foundational yoga postures.

Week Three – Finding Strength & Ease

Connect breath with movement as you discover how strength and softness work together.

Week Four – Rooted for the Journey Ahead

Celebrate your progress, create a simple home practice, and enjoy a special closing sound meditation as you prepare to continue your yoga journey.
