Celebrate the energy of the Summer Solstice with an evening of reflection, connection, and deep rest in nature.

We begin with a guided cacao ceremony, a heart-opening ritual rooted in ancient Mayan and Aztec traditions. Ceremonial cacao has long been used to support mindfulness, intention setting, emotional clarity, and inner awareness. Together, we will slow down, set intentions, and welcome the turning of the season.

Following cacao, you will settle into a 75-minute immersive crystal bowl sound bath, allowing vibration and sound to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and invite deep relaxation beneath the open sky.

This seasonal gathering blends ritual, sound healing, and nature connection — a signature Sound of Stillness experience on the farm.
