(Supermoon, sunset at 7:00 PM)
Chakra Focus: Root Chakra (Muladhara) – Stability, security, connection to the earth
Honor the radiant Harvest Supermoon with a 75-minute moonlit practice designed to cultivate gratitude and grounding.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation to settle your awareness and connect deeply to the body. From there, proceed through a Root Chakra–focused yoga sequence that blends seated stretches, standing postures, and Moon Salutation (Variation D) is a slow, calming flow best practiced at sunset before the moon rises. It nurtures balance, control, and the body’s natural energy—highlighting Crescent Moon Pose, the heart of the sequence.
The evening concludes with a deeply restorative yin and sound bath, where crystal bowls tuned to the Root Chakra and the resonant vibrations of the gong invite balance, stability, and calm. Afterward, enjoy a soothing cup of herbal tea (or your favorite warm drink) as you take in the Harvest Moon’s energy of abundance and renewal.
The Harvest Moon, the full moon closest to the autumn equinox, has long been a symbol of abundance, gratitude, and the onset of seasonal change. Also known as the “Corn Moon,” it marks the traditional harvest season and invites us to connect with the cycles of nature.
