Join us for our very first Chair Yoga Pop-Up and discover how traditional yoga can be practiced in a supportive, accessible way using a chair.
Designed for beginners and all abilities, this gentle 60-minute class will guide you through a thoughtfully designed sequence that progresses from gentle warm-ups to a Chair Sun Salutation, foundational seated and standing yoga poses, and a relaxing culminating peak pose before returning to a peaceful seated meditation.
Throughout the class, you'll experience a variety of beginner-friendly poses—including Chair Cat-Cow, Seated Downward-Facing Dog, Seated Forward Fold, Chair Warrior I, Chair Warrior II, Tree Pose with chair support, and a gentle Chair Pigeon variation—along with many other poses designed to improve mobility, balance, flexibility, and body awareness.
Each movement builds naturally on the one before it, allowing you to move with confidence while reconnecting with your breath and body.

Props such as chairs, yoga blocks, blankets, blankets, and straps may be used to provide comfort and support throughout the practice.
