Harvest Harmony Sound Bath

Full Harvest Moon Experience

Saturday, September 26, 2026
6:00–7:15 PM

Ground • Balance • Gather

As autumn unfolds, join us for an evening of gentle movement, guided relaxation, and immersive sound healing beneath the peaceful oak trees of The Grove at Red Barn Farms. Inspired by the season of harvest and the traditional Corn Moon, this special gathering invites you to pause, celebrate life's abundance, and reconnect with what truly nourishes your mind, body, and spirit.

We'll begin with a gentle, beginner-friendly grounding yoga practice before settling into a restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, the soothing tones of the Octave Steel Tongue Drum, and other calming instruments. As daylight fades into twilight, allow the healing vibrations to quiet the mind, calm the nervous system, and create space for reflection, gratitude, and renewal.

Whether you're joining your first sound bath or returning for another peaceful evening, you'll leave feeling centered, refreshed, and deeply restored.
