However, destiny (and a job) guided me to the enchanting "Red Barn Farms," now home to Twisted Roots Yoga Studio. Now, why the name? Well, my attempt at a cow business a few years back ended up as a thriving forest of slash pine trees. And just like that, "Red Barn Farms" was born – life's quirky sense of humor at play.

As I settled into the serenity of rural life, the desire to forge a deeper connection with nature and myself grew stronger. Enter the magic – the Twisted Roots Farm Flow Yoga class, a delightful blend of yoga and country living.
