
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Flow with Props (All Levels) – Live via Zoom
Open to all levels, Flow with Props is a gentle, mindful practice designed to help you move with ease, release tension, and build strength and awareness in both body and mind.
This class blends slow, accessible flowing sequences with the supportive assistance of props—such as blocks, blankets, bands, and other supportive props—to encourage proper alignment, stability, and confidence in each posture.
Movements are thoughtfully paced, allowing time to explore each shape while staying connected to the breath. Modifications are always offered so every student can feel supported, comfortable, and empowered in their practice.
You’re welcome to use whatever props you have at home—blocks, blankets, bands, straps, cushions, or other supportive props. A yoga mat is recommended, but not required. Find a comfortable, quiet space where you can move safely.
