Monday 10:30 AM – Flow with props

WHAT TO EXPECT

Flow with Props (All Levels)

Open to all levels, Flow with Props is a gentle, mindful practice designed to help you move with ease, release tension, and build strength and awareness in the body and mind. This class blends slow, accessible flowing sequences with the supportive assistance of props—such as blocks and blankets—to encourage proper alignment, stability, and confidence in each posture.

Movements are thoughtfully paced, allowing time to explore each shape while staying connected to the breath. Modifications are always offered so every student can feel supported, comfortable, and empowered in their practice.

PROPS PROVIDED

We will use props throughout class, including blocks and yoga blankets. A limited number of mats and bolsters are also available. For your added comfort and personalization, you’re welcome to bring your mat and any favorite props you use for practice.

Spring Yoga – Meet Us at Red Barn Farms | The Grove Deck

As we welcome the spring season and prepare for outdoor yoga, classes will be held at Red Barn Farms – The Grove Deck while construction of our indoor yoga barn continues.

Classes may be offered outdoors or indoors as needed, along with live Zoom streaming for those practicing from home.

Please dress comfortably for the weather and bring layers if attending in person. Zoom participants are encouraged to practice with props available at home for support and comfort.

We look forward to moving, breathing, and growing together this spring in nature.

A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy before booking.
