Thursday 12:40 PM – Breath & Flow: 30-Minute Midday Yoga Break (Zoom)

Join Your Yoga Guide, Elizabeth Wirick, from the comfort of your home for a refreshing 30-minute yoga practice designed to release tension, improve posture, and reset your mind and body. This beginner-friendly flow combines gentle movement, stretching, and breathwork, leaving you energized, centered, and ready to tackle the rest of your day. A Zoom link will be provided upon sign-up or request. Props are optional—just come as you are and take a moment for yourself.

This class is open to all levels and donation-based (pay what feels right for you), making it an accessible way to stay connected to your practice wherever you are.

Guided by Elizabeth Kinney Wirick, founder of Twisted Roots Yoga, this class reflects her unique approach, blending mindfulness, nature, and the transformative power of sound. Elizabeth has over a decade of personal practice and three years of teaching experience in Beginner Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, and Sound Healing. She recently completed her Chair Yoga YACEP certification (2025) and is pursuing her 300-hour E-RYT 500 training at Lotus Pond. Her classes—offered on her serene 40-acre farm deck or via live Zoom—invite students to cultivate strength, mobility, and mindful relaxation.

Elizabeth is passionate about helping students of all levels, offering modifications and guidance to ensure a safe, accessible, and joyful practice. Through Twisted Roots Yoga, she encourages everyone to simply T.R.Y. and experience a transformative yoga journey amidst the calming embrace of nature.

Cancellation and refund policy. Yoga sessions can be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled meeting. To reschedule, please cancel your session for a refund and then reschedule at a time that works for you. No Refunds or schedule changes will be granted within 24 hours of our scheduled appointment time. If you encounter an emergency within 24 hours of your lesson, please email me at elizabeth@twistedrootsyogastudio.com, and we will determine an appropriate course of action on a one-to-one basis.
