📍 Outdoor Yoga Deck in Nature
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Open to all levels; Gentle/ Yin Yoga is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and bring a deeper awareness to the body and mind. In this nurturing practice, postures are held for more extended periods to allow you to fully sink in, promoting relaxation, flexibility, and inner peace. Modifications are always provided so every student can experience comfort, calm, and gentle restoration.
PROPS PROVIDED:
In addition, we provide yoga blankets and a limited number of mats, blocks, and bolsters. However, for your added comfort, feel free to bring your mat.
While we provide yoga blankets and a limited number of mats, blocks, and bolsters, we encourage you to bring your mat and any props you prefer for added comfort and personalization of your practice.
As we prepare for the cooler seasons, such as winter, we want to ensure your comfort and safety. We’ll remind you to dress warmly and comfortably for the weather as we transition back to midmorning outdoor yoga.
HYBRID EXPERIENCE AND RAIN CHECK:
Classes are offered in person and via Zoom, so you can attend from the comfort of your home if you prefer. In inclement weather, we'll seamlessly transition to a virtual session via Zoom, or you can take a rain check and join us for a future class.
